Jackson Park in La Mesa is a great park! It has a fully-enclosed playground, lots of shade trees, restrooms and parking lot. La Mesa’s Urban Walking Trails, the Stride, starts at Jackson Park. Follow the green markers for an intermediate level, five mile walk.
