Encinitas Viewpoint Park

Encinitas Viewpoint Park in Encinitas has a fully-fenced playground with swings and slides. Dogs are allowed off-leash in the grassy area at certain days/times. There is another part of the park that has benches and offers a beautiful view of the ocean. It does not have restrooms.
