If you’d like to reserve a park in San Diego for a party or wedding, I can help! It was something I paid particular attention to while I was researching all the parks (over 500!) in San Diego. One of the reasons I created my park database was because it was difficult for me to find information on reserving a park for my daughter’s birthday party. I had to drive to the park to get the phone number to call off a sign. In addition to how to reserve each park, I also noted park capacity, any rules on alcohol and if bounce houses (air jumps) are allowed.
How to Reserve a Park
The easiest way to see how to reserve a specific park is to look it up in my park database. From there, just click on the park and look for the number under “Reservation Contact Information.” Additionally, you can see the park capacity (if available) and the alcohol policy is under the “Alcohol Policy” tab.

Find a Park to Reserve
There are 224 parks in San Diego that can be reserved through the local agency. All others are first come, first serve. If you don’t know which park you’d like to reserve, check out this list of all parks that can be reserved. From there, you can filter the list by location or other amenities (parks with restrooms, for example).
