Tecolote Shores North
Tecolote Shores North in Mission Bay just opened (11/2022) a beautiful adult fitness area, right on the bay! It has stretching, cardio and body weight equipment and even a slacklining area!
Children’s Park
Children’s Park in downtown San Diego has a very cool fitness area. It features stretching and moving equipment (stational bike and elliptical).
Kit Carson Park
Kit Carson Park in Escondido has an adult fitness area near the disc golf course. It features stretching and body weight equipment, and a beautiful mural.
Sunridge Park
Sunridge Park in Chula Vista has a nice adult fitness area with stretching and body weight equipment.
Mast Park
Mast Park in Santee has a few piece of cardio equipment near the playground so adults can work on their fitness while kids play!
Rohr Park
Rohr Park in Bonita has an adult fitness area that opened in 2022.
Porter Park Fitness Plaza
Porter Park in La Mesa has cardio and body weight equipment. The City of La Mesa has more information here.
Mark J. Noy, Jr Adult Fitness Zone
Mark J. Noy, Jr Adult Fitness Zone in San Marcos is an adults-only (age 14 and up) fitness zone that opened in April 2019. It does not have restrooms.
Mountain View Park
